So what are the common faults of cold heading machines,
1、 Before starting up, carefully check whether all fasteners of the equipment are locked and whether the safety protection devices are intact. Regularly check during operation, as loosening due to severe vibration can also cause malfunctions.
2、 After adjusting the equipment, first turn the flywheel to check if all mechanisms are working properly. After removing the lever used for turning the car, start the motor to see if the machine is running normally
3、 Protective devices must be added to prevent accidents caused by rupture.
4、 In the event of a malfunction, multiple cold heading stations must be immediately stopped to identify the cause and eliminate potential hazards.
