Cold heading process

(4) The product has a large forging force during molding, and the configuration power is high. The equipment requires a large initial investment. Therefore, producing specifications below M24 is the most economical.
(5) Has good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Due to the presence of cold work hardening during the forging process, the amount of deformation should not be too large. Reduce cracking.
(6) The cold heading process is suitable for products with large quantities and various specifications, in order to reduce costs.
