Forming machine, also known as unboxing machine, refers to the automatic completion of unboxing, forming, and folding of the bottom leaves. And now the next part of the tape pasting is completed. The box boards stacked into cardboard are opened, and the bottom of the box is folded according to a certain procedure and sealed with tape before being transported to the specialized equipment of the packing machine. Automatic cardboard box forming machine and automatic unboxing machine are assembly line equipment for large-scale cardboard box automatic unboxing, automatic folding of the lower cover, and automatic sealing of the bottom tape. The machines are all controlled by PLC+display screen, which greatly facilitates operation and is an essential equipment for automated large-scale production.
Principle of Forming Machine
The working principle of a molding machine is similar to that of a syringe used for injection. It uses the thrust of a screw (or plunger) to inject melted plastic that has already been plasticized (i.e. viscous state) into a closed mold cavity. After solidification and shaping, the product is obtained.
Injection molding is a cyclic process, each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding - melt plasticization - pressure injection - mold filling and cooling - mold opening and part extraction. After removing the plastic part, close the mold again and proceed to the next cycle.
Forming machine structure
⑴ The molding machine computer adopts imported PLC computer host chip, matched with LCD display screen, software backup fault self diagnosis system and error correction function, making operation more convenient. Its control program is designed in a foolproof manner, and can be operated without professional training.

Maintenance and upkeep of molding machine
Circuit: Pay attention to the cleanliness of the circuit board, regularly clean the dust in the strong and weak electrical boxes, keep the electrical boxes dry, and prevent moisture.
Oil circuit: Check for oil leakage in all parts of the oil circuit and promptly address it. Prevent piston rod scratches and oil deterioration.
Mechanical: Check the transmission parts of the machine for wear and tear, inspect each grease nozzle for blockage, and inject grease.
Other precautions: It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil once a year and clean the oil sludge in the oil tank. The water cooler should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent the oil temperature from rising and accelerating the aging of the oil quality. Of course, safety is no small matter. The circuit safety door switch, oil pressure relief valve, mechanical safety stopper, and machine warning light must be checked for normal operation during maintenance
